When I launched LA Condo Lifestyles condominiums were being built everywhere! If not for a moratorium on the height requirements for high-rises on Wilshire all the buildings that were six stories or less would have been sold to build new high-rises like The Century and others that were bult from 2006-2008. This was a one-time publication by the Robb Report and LA Condo Lifestyles was featured as the condo expert in Los Angeles.
By the time I was done and closed LA Condo Lifestyles, my company website was over 600 pages. I featured over 55 high-rise condominiums. Each building had a page with four different photos in a montage. Each month new stats were being posted and mailed to each building with the pending escrows, new listings and sold condominiums.
The website was a living breathing things and grew as long as the company grew. I eventually hired an Internet Coach who helped me learn what you need to have on aq website.
I started my company by working out of my car because I could talk on my blackberry and answer emails that I received immediately from clients I did twice the amount of work that I would have done from the office. Time is money and Clients liked being chauffeured around. I would take clients to see 8-10 properties in a day. The car was always stocked with bottled water, sandwiches and protein bars. I also had an extra 12 volts added to the trunk so that I could add a portable printers and print out a Purchase Agreement Contract on the spot. It was a great investment. And Client's loved it.
These PDF's include my Active CA Real Estate Broker's License and Promotional Materials from LA Condo Lifestyles and Promotional Materials on Coco Clayman-Cook. Many of these are from when I was working for Prudential and I included proof of the income I was making to show how much money I made when I worked with a Real Estate Coach.
